It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Nustylze.com merchandise, due to that fact we accept returns for up to 15 days after your receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear and body jewelry.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the Nustylze.com invoice which arrived with your package. We recommend using royal mail and purchasing tracking and insurance, as Nustylze.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, Nustylze.com does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.

The cost for standard UK shipping plus packaging is £3.99 fixed rate for all orders regardless of price.

For international orders please add an additional £5 to the previously stated pricing.
